Ticker Radar Pro Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Ticker Radar Pro account and associated personal data by contacting:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your Ticker Radar Pro username (if applicable)
• A request to delete your account

Data Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete applicable account-related data, including:

• Account profile information
• Watchlists
• Holdings
• Alerts
• User preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention and security investigations
• Billing and payment records
• Financial reporting requirements

Subscriptions and Billing

Ticker Radar Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. If a subscription is canceled or an account deletion request is submitted, users will continue to have access to Premium features through the end of their current billing period.

Examples:

• Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the paid monthly billing cycle.
• Yearly subscribers retain access until the end of the paid annual billing cycle.

After the billing period expires, Premium access will end and the account deletion process will be completed in accordance with this policy.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of verification.
